The company was founded in 1956 and was the first company, which started producing surgical needles from stainless steel of 18-8 model. In 1971 MANI started production of endodontic instruments.

Currently MANI tools are sold in more than 80 countries. Patents and technological methods of production which are the property of the company, were honored with various awards. The company is also specialized in the flying technology and since 1991 produces the thinnest needle in the world - a diameter of 27 microns.
